A Day at the Zoo
I dag skal jeg fortelle om en dag i dyrehagen.
Today I’m going to tell you about a day at the zoo.
Jeg dro til dyrehagen med familien min.
I went to the zoo with my family.
Det var sol og varmt.
It was sunny and warm.
Vi tok buss dit om morgenen.
We took the bus there in the morning.
Først så vi på løvene.
First, we looked at the lions.
De var store og lå i sola.
They were big and lay in the sun.
Etterpå gikk vi til apene.
Then we went to the monkeys.
Apene lekte og hoppet i trærne.
The monkeys played and jumped in the trees.
Det var morsomt å se på.
It was fun to watch.
Vi spiste lunsj ved en benk.
We had lunch at a bench.
Jeg spiste en brødskive og drakk juice.
I ate a sandwich and drank juice.
Etter lunsj gikk vi til giraffene.
After lunch we went to the giraffes.
De var høye og fine.
They were tall and beautiful.
Jeg tok mange bilder.
I took many pictures.
Til slutt så vi på pingvinene.
Finally, we saw the penguins.
De svømte i vannet og så glade ut.
They swam in the water and looked happy.
Jeg likte pingvinene best.
I liked the penguins best.
Det var en fin dag i dyrehagen.
It was a nice day at the zoo.
Jeg var glad og litt trøtt da vi kom hjem.
I was happy and a little tired when we got home.
Jeg vil dra dit igjen en annen dag.
I want to go there again another day.
